This small sovereign is most often spotted licking a three-flavoured ice cream (banana, mint, coconut) with devotional focus, pausing only to peer into ponds where fish flicker and insects skitter. Though little in stature, it is self-appointed King of Small Waterways, presiding over puddles, drains, and quiet bends in creeks that others step over.
It governs gently. No decrees, no crowns. Just attention.
